What is that? Programming is a training program, consisting of a number of units (workouts) designed toward a specific goal. It helps you stay consistent, requires you to do all the necessary (but not always sexy) things, and says precisely what you need to do and when to reach whatever you set out for. Every session is a small step that builds toward a certain goal. So you can say that personalized programming is like a GPS on your phone. You know where you at, you know where you want to be, but you need GPS to guide you through all the roads and turns. Training plan does precisely that - leads you through exercises, weights, sets and reps to reach your objective.
